White iPhone versus White iPhone

Two white iPhonesNick Bilton/the New York Times at first glance, who first time white sees iPhone, on the left side, not too different as the newly released model.

The white iPhone is so hard for almost a year as a double Rainbow. Sure, we knew they existed, but only a few people had seen. This popular device is now available in stores. But their existence only provoked more questions.

Like, took what as long as Apple? The company, which usually products with the perfection of a diver has stopped production of white iPhone still before it hit shelves.

Several news outlets reported production problems with the device and that Steven jobs, Apple's Chief Executive, was dissatisfied with the colouring, which contain a slight hint of yellow P.. Rumors circulating, that a light leak with the camera Flash and apparently there was a problem with the phone proximity switch.

Apple said in turn only production problems.

Rex Sorgatz, founder of the kinda sorta media, one of the first time bought white iPhones for $1,000 by a "Guy who had connections in the factory, which the phone in China made." I met with Mr Sorgatz, to compare the differences between the original White iPhone and the model for in-store kiosks.

As you can see from the image below, there were white clearly a discoloration on the first run iPhone that appears between the home button and shell of the phone.

The new model has a deeper proximity sensor in the vicinity of the ear pieces.

The camera setup on the white iPhone also clear differences. Although it is difficult to see in the image below, early production models had a recessed camera lens, which was almost flush with the edge phone. In the newly released model of the phone, the camera is easy.
