How to transfer music from iPod to computer?

Transfer Music from iPod to ComputerIf you are a novice to iPod you can face it all copy music from your iPod to the computer. Here is the easiest way to transfer music from iPod to the computer. We have assumed that you have Windows PCs (this may not work with mac).


Here are steps to transfer music from iPod to computer

In Windows Explorer, go to your PC Tools > Folder Options > view. You can now see Advanced parameter list, select the radio button for "show files and folders."  Click OK once you are done with. Ignore Windows security warning as we make this change permanent.To connect to your iPod for PC. In Solution Explorer now you can see folder with the name of your iPod. Click on the name "iPod" Go to iPod_Control folder > music. You will find placed music files randomly scattered across multiple folders. Don't be no panic as the ID3 tags are always safe and we need to decrypt these files.Create a new folder on your hard disk, copy these files to iPod music and paste it into the new folder. Then you have a folder on your hard disk with all scrambled together files.After the opening of iTune Go to edit > preferences > Advanced tab > General (sub - tab) > Local folder, where you have copied music from your iPod. Make sure the brand "Keep iTunes Music folder organized" and then click OK. Also need to ensure that you have deleted all previous music to iTunes and your reading lists are empty.ITunes, click "File" and then "Add folder to library". Select the folder where all the files copied music. Select the folder where is all your copied music. Now let iTunes reimport all music in the playlists. iTunes will now rename and organize your songs in their exact names, albums and folders that you have clicked on "Keep iTunes Music folder organised". Elapsed time is according to the volume of files.
