The inner shell is notable because it includes as much of the iPad 2's back and sides. The most cases, including the recent options from MacAlly, keep more fragile than need the Tablet shortly at the top and bottom, leave metal back. Shell stand 2 case is different in so far as the translucent hard plastic on all four edges with strategic cutouts for the headphone jack, microphone, sleep / wake button, page switch and volume rocker, speaker and dock connector extends. As in the Ecostand 2, is a thin but solid strip of plastic below the speaker, a nice touch. Has every turn provide one or two slots giving a little when you install or remove the case. While not terribly attractive, they are functional. The shell cannot be removed from the case.

Marked instead of magnetically attractive plate on Ecostand 2 shell level 2 combines plastic of iPad owners of the Folio leather with a rotating plastic circle. The left half POPs so that the back cover fold in the middle. The case can turn 360 degrees on this axis, so that it can be positioned, but you keep right. The left and bottom sides of the shell rubbery feet, have used to the iPad keep 2 when positioned on the front cover. You prevent that case 2 alone move without considerable pressure - certainly not under the weight which the iPad. The fully customizable viewing angle is nice, but we could tap a large angle find. Furthermore, is the only way, the rear camera use the iPad 2 in landscape format, unfortunately sometimes turn a position will be impractical.

Shell level 2 not a bad solution for the use and that 2 to protect is iPad, it has some weaknesses which prevent us spend a general recommendation. The lack of a suitable type angle and both information that should not be overlooked is the blocked rear view camera and the price is a bit higher than we would have expected for this model. Otherwise we the appearance is the case, as the right in a corporate boardroom would mix; It might make a few small changes much better.
